Modify or Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service. Be sure to include your order number and a specific request to cancel your order. A refund will be issued via the original payment method within 2-4 business days after the cancellation is processed.
If your order hasn’t started the assembling process, it can be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has already started the assembling process, there is a 15% restocking fee for cancelling your order. This 15% charge is used to offset the costs already incurred with starting the build, and now disassembly of your controller.
We can modify your order only when it is in processing queue. You can request to add/remove features to controllers, modifying color configurations already selected or technical modifications.
When the order is transferred to our assembly team and a change absolutely needs to be made, you can request your order be cancelled and a refund issued so you can place a new order. Please note that special promotions or delivery times with new orders might not match a cancelled order. Any cancellations after the controller has moved into assembling status will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Once an order has been placed, the best way to change the shipping address on your order is by reaching out to us via customer support email support@moddedzone.com or via the phone at 1 (954) 289-9040 Monday-Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm EST for immediate assistance. Please be sure to include/have your order number, email address used when placing your order, and a complete new shipping address desired.
Please note the following based on how you paid for your order:
Credit Card / Debit Card / Affirm
Changing the shipping address for a credit or debit card order requires your entire order to be reviewed by our 3rd party fraud screening partner. This process will place your order on hold for 24-48 hours while approval is requested, and will extend the delivery time of the order from the original date provided.
If the address provided is not approved, the order will automatically be cancelled as part of that review process. If approved, the order will automatically resume production in our facility.
PayPal / Amazon Payments
We can make only minor changes to shipping address for order paid through PayPal. In case the significant change should be made, you will have to cancel your actual order and place a new order with the correct address.

If the wrong state, province or country was accidentally selected during the checkout process, just let us know what it should be and we’ll do our best to update the account with the correct information.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you receive at the time of the original purchase. This email is sent to the email address entered during the checkout process.

ModdedZone® ORDER TRACKER will allow you to see where your order is in the process and get a better idea of when your order will go into production and then will be shipped to you.
Please note that information found in this tool is updated in real-time and is the best indicator of the order status available. Using this tool requires you to enter your order number and email address (the one you used while placing your order), you will see updates and progress indicators for the following pre-shipment statuses, including:
Ordered – A check mark indicates that we have received your order and placed it in our processing queue.
In Process – This indicator shows that our team started to process your order and prepares it to be moved into production.
*Moving into production is the indicator that the assembly process has begun, any cancellations after the controller has moved into the next stage will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Assembling – Your controller is being hand crafted by our technicians – please remember, each of our devices is customized just for you. Standard assembly time is 3-5 business days. Same Day Assembly service takes 24 business hours. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST begin processing the following day. If your order includes any personalized option including (but not limited to) gamertag, custom badges, etc. please allow additional 2-3 business days for processing your custom artwork. Please remember that delivery speed shown when the order was placed is shown in business days. Business days are counted as Monday – Friday, and exclude any national holidays.
Order Ready – The final step indicating your controller is about to leave our facility. Each of our custom controllers is tested and safely packaged. The controller is ready to depart our facility and make its journey to you!
